Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM SAST (South Africa Standard Time), Monday through Friday (excluding South African public holidays), to be processed the same day.
Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days for picking, packing, and labeling. Orders placed after 2:00 PM SAST or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
Stock Availability: All products listed (e.g., Samsung, HP, Brother toners) are generally in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 1 business day with an updated delivery estimate.

We partner with trusted courier, The Courier Guy to ensure reliable delivery. All shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Flat Rate Shipping: R180 for all orders under R4,500, applicable across South Africa.
Free Shipping: Free delivery on orders over R4,500. No code required; the discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Delivery Estimates:
Major cities (e.g., Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town): 1–2 business days.
Regional areas: 2–3 business days.
Remote/rural areas: 3–7 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Delivery Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes due to courier limitations. A physical address is required.

Undeliverable Areas: If a destination is deemed undeliverable by our couriers, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address or refund the order.
