General Return Policy

  • Eligibility: You may return products for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, faulty items, or incorrect goods, within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused (except for testing to identify faults), in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Process:

    2. Provide a clear description of the reason for the return (e.g., buyer’s remorse, faulty item, or incorrect product).

    3. For faulty or incorrect items, include clear photos of the issue (e.g., error messages on the printer screen, leaking toner, missing or broken parts). Photos of only the packaging may delay processing.

    4. We will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of receiving return authorization.

  • Return Shipping:

    • For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs.

    • For buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated during promotions.

  • Refunds:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days), we will issue a refund to the original payment method or offer a replacement, based on your preference.

    • Refunds exclude initial shipping costs (if applicable) unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

    • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items

    • If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at no cost to you.

    • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect:
